Stoney was purchased earlier this summer as a “Started Dog” from Scott Townsend, Crosswind Kennel. He, was being introduced to birds at the time. Stoney exhibited so much natural instinct and drive that when he saw his second bird I said “Sold!” Reluctantly, Scott agreed and is currently finishing up the bird work with him. From what I hear he is pointing everything they put out for him, and has taken to the shotgun very well. Stoney will be joining us early this fall, we are anxiously awaiting his arrival.
